Applications for 2020 ISEPEI Summer Workshops are Open!

We are glad to announce that the applications for ISEPEI summer workshops are now open!

The ISEPEI workshops focus on the potential use and application of Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) (remote sensing, geospatial technologies, crowdsourcing, distance learning), socio-environmental data visualization, and post-disaster risk finance options. The main goal of the workshops is to train the participants to apply learned knowledge to their professional field.

ISEPEI took part in the 4th International Conference on the Use of Space Technology for Water Management, held in Islamabad, Pakistan, from 26 February to 2 March 2018. This event was hosted by the Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO) on behalf of the Government of Pakistan, co-sponsored by the Inter-Islamic Network on Space Science and Technology (ISNET).

Open Lectures by Group on Earth Observations at CEU

First Cooperating Organisations for Summer University Confirmed

ISEPEI will again host summeruniversity workshops in 2018 for which the first course flyers with the first confirmed cooperating organisations have been released (see image).

Among them are representatives of UNDP, Google, Esri, UNOOSA, Airbus DS Geo, the International Hydrological Programme of UNESCO, and the Global Environment Facility of the World Bank Group, to name a few.
